Plain terms.

  1. 01Swarm Desk is an unofficial interface to the public IMD API. It is not affiliated with IMD / identity.md.
  2. 02The desk never holds funds, private keys or seed phrases. Every payment is signed in your own wallet and settled by IMD.
  3. 03You pay IMD, not us. The price, recipient and quote terms are IMD's and are shown before you sign.
  4. 04Results are not guaranteed. IMD admits your request; the swarm may fail or reject the work.
  5. 05We give no refunds, because we never receive your payment.
  6. 06IMD is an experimental, unaudited token. The pool owner can change the market policy or close the market. Nothing here is financial advice.
  7. 07Contract deployments made by the swarm are on a testnet today. Do not treat them as production contracts.
  8. 08Do not submit secrets, personal data, or anything you have no right to share. Briefs are sent to IMD and may become public through its API.
  9. 09The desk is provided as is, in beta, without warranty of any kind. Use it at your own risk.
